LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - Laredo Police have started a death investigation after discovering an unresponsive man in East Laredo.

Authorities released a report on Tuesday, October 14, at 10:39 p.m., stating that a man was found on the 2100 block of Guadalupe St. after police received a call about a man down.

Police say this is an ongoing investigation and have closed the northbound lane of N. Bartlett Ave.
