WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - Wichita police say Crime Stoppers is offering a $2,000 reward leading to the identities of a woman who was seen on surveillance video being taken by force or her possible kidnapper.

WPD held a news conference on Tuesday, where Chief Joe Sullivan announced the reward. He said, "Our main concern is the safety and welfare of the woman seen in that video."
