Called "Help me schedule," the new tool launches Tuesday in Gmail and Google Calendar. It uses Google's Gemini AI to automatically propose meeting times when you're emailing someone outside your organization -- even when you can't see their calendar.

How it works
When Gmail detects that you're trying to set up a meeting, it adds a "Help me schedule" button right inside your email draft. Click it and G
