Red Deer’s Central Alberta Child Advocacy Centre is opening its doors at the Sheldon Kennedy Centre of Excellence (SKCOE) for a free, family-friendly Open House on tomorrow (October 15) from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The event offers a chance for the community to see firsthand the programs and services available for youth and families facing abuse, trauma, mental health, or addiction challenges.
Mark Jones, CEO of the Central Alberta Child Advocacy Centre, says the Open House is “An opportunity for people to see what the community of Central Alberta has created in the Sheldon Kennedy Centre of Excellence. The best way for people to see what we do is to come in and see it.”
