Hyderabad: The Congress party’s decision to field V Naveen Yadav in the Jubilee Hills by-election has sparked apprehension among several staunch party supporters, who claim that the Telangana unit is increasingly operating under the influence of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and AIMIM.

Concerns have also been raised about the party’s internal functioning and the role of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy , with critics pointing to the infiltration of outsiders into the Telangana Congress unit.
