Why Ravens released C.J. Gardner-Johnson 7 days after signing him

But on Tuesday, they released him, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter .

Gardner-Johnson won a Super Bowl with the Philadelphia Eagles in February, but he'll again be looking for a new team.

He began this season with the Houston Texans but was released after just three games, and he didn't actually get into a game for the Ravens.
