Eivaish won the top prize after his ticket, which he bought at the Lucky Dollar Store in Lansdowne, matched five numbers in one line to the numbers drawn earlier that day.
The pot, which started at $125,000, grows with the tickets purchased.
Eivaish, in fact, won twice that day, taking home an additional $2 on another Lightning Lotto ticket, boosting his winnings to $125,973.80.
