FAYETTEVILLE, WV (WVNS) -- Governor Patrick Morrisey announced that Bridge Day will continue as planned even with the government shutdown.
According to a press release, an announcement was made by Governor Morrisey that stated the donor agreement, which also includes Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, with the National Park Service is planned to be extended to keep the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve open for Bridge Day.
