It's soon game over from the Region Gaming Esports Center in Dyer.

"When I opened Region Gaming Esports Center back in March 2023, my dream was simple: to create a welcoming, family-oriented space where people could come together, have fun, and share their love of gaming. What I didn’t realize then was just how much this place would come to mean to me," owner Mike Paprstein posted on social media. "After much thought, I’ve made the difficult decision to close the center on November 30, 2025. This wasn’t easy, because Region Gaming has been so much more than a business — it’s been a community, a gathering place, and for me, a second family."

Paprstein previously coached the Munster High School esports team, leading it to state titles.
