STAFFORD — The owner of the former Odd Fellows Hall, who faces fines for not meeting a court-ordered deadline to complete a list of repairs to the building by Sept. 15, is asking the town to agree that the matter has been resolved.

Owner James Pontillo asked the Stafford Town Board during Monday’s board meeting if it would consider a stipulation or amendment to a court order from Genesee County Supreme Court Judge Diane Devlin. Pontillo completed a list of court-ordered repairs, but not until 16 days after the deadline.
