PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Kaiser Permanente nurses and healthcare professionals kicked off their five-day strike in Oregon and Southwest Washington early Tuesday morning.

The impacted hospitals, listed below, will remain open through the end of the strike on Sunday, Oct. 19. • Kaiser Westside Medical Center in Hillsboro, Ore. • Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center in Clackamas, Ore. • Interstate Medical Office – Central in Portland, Ore. • Cascade Park Medical Office in Vancouver, Wash. • Kaiser Longview-Kelso Medical Center in Longview, Wash. • Kaiser North Lancaster in Salem, Ore.
