City eyes $10M in state funding to restore downtown Rochester’s Four Corners

The Rochester City Council is set to vote Oct. 21 on the submission of an application to revitalize the Four Corners area of downtown. The application is for New York’s state Downtown Revitalization Initiative, a program that provides $10 million in matching grant funding for capital improvement projects that restore city cores.
