FARGO — Closing dates for Fargo's five public golf courses are set, though golfers might be able to get an extra round in at Rose Creek if late October weather allows.

For the nine-hole El Zagal and Prairiewood courses, those will close for the season at the end of the day Sunday, Oct. 19.

For the 18-hole Edgewood and nine-hole Osgood, those will close at the end of the day Sunday, Oct. 26.

Rose Creek, south Fargo's 18-hole layout, is tentatively expected to close after play on Sunday, Oct. 26, though remaining flexible depending on weather conditions.

The golf courses opened in mid-April.
