IOWA (KCAU) — Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds issued a new order on Tuesday to have flags statewide be lowered to half staff next weekend.
It's in remembrance of late Iowa State Senator Claire Celsi, who passed away last Monday.

Senator Celsi was elected to three terms as a Democrat in the Iowa Senate, representing the greater Des Moines metro area.
