A judge handed Rep. Cory Mills (R-FL) a restraining order on Tuesday related to allegations against the congressman that he threatened to release sexually explicit content of his ex-girlfriend and to harm any boyfriends she may have in the future.
The Florida judge found the restraining order was necessary for “protection against dating violence,” per the court document . Lindsey Langston, who dated Mills from 2021 until February 2025 while he was married, filed the injunction against him in August when the bombshell sextortion allegations broke.
