BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - The Bryan City Council will meet for a special meeting on Tuesday to make some decisions on upcoming projects.
They’ll be finalizing agreements for a park structure in Travis Bryan Midtown Park and hearing from citizens about plans for annexed land near RELLIS Campus.
Starting with Travis Bryan Midtown Park, council is set to approve spending $4.2 million on a new park. Nearly half of that money comes from a donation from the Darwood Foundation. The Bryan City Council is to approve playground funding in Travis Bryan Midtown Park.
The city is partnering with Lone Star Recreation of Texas to install the playground.
