Rep. John McGuire says Democrats responsible as government shutdown goes on

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- With no end in sight, the federal government shutdown has entered its 14th day, and Virginia Rep. John McGuire is placing the blame on Democrats.

“I think they’re really playing politics over We the People,” McGuire said.
