CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- It’s been nearly eight months since a shooting outside of a Crozet Harris Teeter took the life of 43-year-old Peter Martin.

“I lost my best friend, my everything on February 17th,” Martin’s wife Megan said.
