SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. (ABC22/FOX44) - A new video featuring U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem has been seen playing at some airports across the country. The video warns of possible changes to operations and says that many Transportation Security Administration (TSA) employees are working without pay during the federal government shutdown, while saying that Democrats in Congress are responsible.

Many airports, including New York's JFK International and La Guardia International as well as Boston's Logan International Airport, are not playing the video, with a representative at Logan saying that there are no video screens near TSA checkpoints in any case.
