ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The winner of the 2025 Albany County "I Voted" sticker contest was unveiled on Tuesday. The winner, with 99 percent of public votes, was Annabelle Morton.
Annabelle is an elementary school student in the City School District of Albany. Her design was one of 10 finalists selected by a panel of judges from the Albany County Legislature, the Albany Branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), and the League of Women Voters (LWV) of Albany County.
