WREX — After defeating Cary-Grove on Monday Night to advance to Tuesday's Sectional Championship game, the Lady Huskies of Harlem made the trip back to McHenry High School's McCracken Field to take on Antioch, aiming to bring another trophy back to Machesney Park.

After two defensive stops on the first two Antioch possessions, the Lady Huskies failed to capitalize.

Antioch's Evie Baronello ran in the first score of the game and opened the scoring floodgates.

It was a tough night on offense for Harlem as they were shutout until the fourth quarter, when Giada Nowling ran in a touchdown of her own.

An incredible season came to an end in a 36-7 loss, but the Lady Huskies know they made a mark on the program and will leave a lot for the next wave of players to live up to.
