EAST BOSTON, Mass. —

A Massport spokesperson confirmed on Tuesday that Logan Airport will not be playing Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem’s video blaming Democrats for the government shutdown at TSA checkpoints.

In the video, Noem says that TSA's priority is to help make travel pleasant and efficient while also keeping passengers safe.

"However, Democrats in Congress refuse to fund the federal government, and because of this, many of our operations are impacted, and most of our TSA employees are working without pay," Noem says.

The Massport spokesperson said they hadn't received any request to play the video and that, furthermore, there aren't video screens at Logan Airport's TSA checkpoints.
