In an audio recording obtained by The Michigan Daily, Donovan Golich, Office of Student Conflict Resolution program manager, can be heard denying Rackham student Jared Eno his request to have his case heard before a student panel. Eno is currently going through disciplinary hearings on charges of threatening harm to another person or group, obstructing University of Michigan activities and failing to comply with requests to leave University premises, due to his participation in a pro-Palestine demonstration held outside the University of Michigan Museum of Art in May 2024.
