BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- WIVB News 4 is working to learn more about a heavy police presence seen in Riverside in Buffalo Tuesday night.

The medical examiners office arrived on scene at Laird Avenue and Isabelle Street around 11 p.m. Tuesday.
