DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) — Coney McKane's American Eatery, Jimmy John's, the Original Del's Popcorn Shop and CM Catering will present the first-ever Downtown Decatur Fall Family Festival this weekend, with the intent of making it an annual event.

The festival will also serve as a fundraiser for Huntington's Disease, a neurodegenerative disorder. This is a cause near and dear to organizer Nick Cox's heart.

"Huntington's disease is actually pretty near and dear to my family. I've got family that's affected directly by this disease, and it's not a very friendly disease," Cox said.
