BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo Police Department says two missing girls have been safely located.

According to city officials, the pair, ages 11 and 15, were found around before 9:30 a.m. Wednesday after being reported missing on Tuesday.

Police said the girls were last seen in the 700 block of Plymouth Avenue in Buffalo before they were located.

Authorities thanked the public for their assistance and said the department’s social media post about the case has been updated.
