A suspect has been arrested in connection with multiple stabbings along the seawall in Vancouver's Yaletown area on Friday (Oct. 10), police say.
Vancouver police were called after reports of multiple people stabbed along the seawall near David Lam Park just after 7:30 a.m., according to the initial news release from police Friday. Police said the suspect fled the area before police were called and has not yet been found.
That first release said three victims were found and taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Two days later, when police released images of the suspect, police said four additional victims came forward: one who was stabbed, another who was physically assaulted and "two others who were not physically injured."
