Customers of one of Australia’s big four banks have been blocked from carrying out business online.
NAB confirmed to customers that “internet banking isn’t working at the moment”.
“We’re sorry and are doing everything we can to get it back up and running,” the bank said.
You can still use the NAB app or telephone banking.”
It comes as hundreds took to Downdetector to report the problem.
“Hey NAB! Wake up, your banking is down yet again,” one person wrote.
Others took to social media to complain about the financial giant’s reliability.
“If branches keep closing and customers are being directed online for everything, it might be time to invest in a few more digital banking specialists,” one “annoyed” customer posted.
