The Supreme Court on Wednesday allowed the sale of green crackers in Delhi-NCR, but with certain conditions. The court said that offline sale of green crackers will be permitted from October 18 to October 21.

Also, the crackers being sold should have QR codes. The SC fixed the time of bursting the crackers between 6 pm and 10 pm.
