Updated Week 7 Fantasy QB Rankings: Who to start, best sleepers, top streamers for quarterback this week

Quarterback rankings in Week 7 will look a little thin.

Two of the top names in the business -- albeit one that has missed a few games due to injury -- will occupy a bye week.

Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson (to fully rehab his hamstring injury) will have vacations this week, leaving their fantasy football managers searching for replacements.

Luckily, quarterbacks sit in abundance outside of superflex/2QB setups, so adjustments can easily be made.
