As dealmaking is reaching its climax at Mipcom , boutique production and distribution outfit Oble has added two fresh titles to its slate of series shopped to global buyers in Cannes.

The seven-part half hour Spanish -drama comedy “Segunda Temporada (“Second Season”) commissioned by Filmin , reunites the hot creators of “Autodefensa,” which won best short format series at Series Mania 2024: director/writer Miguel Ángel Blanca (“Magaluf Ghost Town”), named a 2021 Spanish talent to watch by Variety andco-writersBerta Prieto and Víctor Diago.

As in “Autodefensa,” made up of self-contained episodes and set in Barcelona, Prieto also stars in the title role, joined here by Adan Domínguez.
