Mission Local caught up with Supervisor Joel Engardio one week before he was set to leave his City Hall office. The desks of Engardio’s aides were still cluttered, but the photos and news clippings that once lined the walls were all packed away, as was the office popcorn machine. Engardio had just returned from officiating nine weddings on the second floor outside of the legislative chamber.
