AUSTIN (KXAN) -- As Texas women's basketball gets ready to begin their 2025-26 season on November 3, their five-star freshman Aaliyah Crump is already making a name for herself off the court in the Austin community.
While Madison Booker, Rori Harmon, and Vic Schaefer were in Birmingham, Alabama for SEC Media Days, the No. 5 player from the class of 2025 was giving back to the girls basketball team at Navarro Early College high school.
"I just want to be that empowerment for them," Crump said. "It was really important for me to give back to this community and show them that I support them and want to encourage them to do the best that they can this year."
