A new horror flick is set to make its debut right in time for both Halloween and Diwali , a frighteningly delightful development. The movie Thamma, also marketed as a romantic comedy, is set to be a Diwali special with a release date of Oct 21. It is directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and stars Ayushmann Khurrana , Rashmika Mandanna and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the titular roles. Apart from them a star-studded supporting cast also increases its appeal with Paresh Rawal, Faisal Malik, Rachit Singh and Geeta Agarwal.

How much are the cast getting paid for their roles?

A DNA report estimates that Ayushmann Khurrana is being paid Rs 8-10 crores to play the character of Alok Goyal while Rashmika Mandana is receiving a payout between Rs 5-7 crores.
