Apple has unveiled the upgraded Apple Vision Pro, now powered by the all-new M5 chip, bringing major leaps in performance, display rendering, and AI-powered experiences. The new model also debuts a redesigned Dual Knit Band for enhanced comfort, alongside visionOS 26, which introduces richer spatial experiences and Apple Intelligence features.At the heart of the new Vision Pro is Apple’s M5 chip, featuring a 10-core CPU, 10-core GPU, and a 16-core Neural Engine. The CPU delivers higher multithreaded performance for faster app loading, smoother multitasking, and more responsive browsing. The next-generation GPU adds hardware-accelerated ray tracing and mesh shading, bringing striking realism to lighting, shadows, and reflections in supported titles such as Control.
