TOWN OF OSWEGATCHIE, New York (WWNY) - State police charged an Ogdensburg man with unlawful eviction, the result of a dispute he had with a tenant.

Police said William Morley, 67, turned off the electricity to a mobile home on his property without prior notice and refused to restore power. The incident happened at Morley Park Drive in the town of Oswegatchie last Friday.

Morley was released with an appearance ticket, scheduled to return to the Town of Oswegatchie Court in November.
