Jonathan Rinderknecht, a 29-year-old man accused of setting the most destructive blaze in L.A. history, was arrested. The blaze, known as the Palisades Fire, was one of two major infernos that erupted Jan. 7, together killing more than 30 people and destroying thousands of homes across Los Angeles County. Meanwhile, in Atlanta, Derrick Groves, the final fugitive from a mass jailbreak in New Orleans in May, is now in custody after police surrounded a home in the city’s southwest on Wednesday afternoon.
