G.S. Dunn Limited, the world’s largest mustard miller, has expanded its Bow Island, Alberta facility with a $30 million investment, supported by a $3.1 million Agri-Processing Investment Tax Credit (APITC) from the Alberta government.
The expansion has created 34 new jobs, opened export markets in Japan and South Korea, and increased the company’s annual mustard seed purchases from $13 million to $44 million — all sourced from western Canadian growers.
