MADISON, Wis. -- The CEO of a Madison-area security guard service was arrested Wednesday after police said he pointed a gun at a person on the city's east side.

Police said that, in September, they received a report of 21-year-old Jacob Knowlton pointing a gun at a person while working as a uniformed security guard in the 1700 block of Thierer Road, near East Towne Mall. The Madison Police Department was able to obtain video of the incident.

After reviewing the video and speaking to the people involved, police said they established probable cause to arrest Knowlton for recklessly endangering safety, endangering safety by use of a dangerous weapon, false imprisonment and disorderly conduct while armed.
