The Mumbai-Ahmedabad National Highway (NH-48) has plunged commuters into chaos for the fourth consecutive day, with traffic snarls stretching for hours and leaving people stranded, frustrated, and at times, helpless.

From ambulances stuck in long queues to passengers missing flights and trains, the disruption has exposed the highway’s chronic infrastructure problems.
