INDIANAPOLIS (WANE) - Three people were arrested Wednesday in connection to a human trafficking investigation that lasted more than a year.
Authorities executed search warrants at several businesses and homes near Indianapolis that claimed to be massage parlors but were determined to be fronts for prostitution, according to a press release from Indiana State Police. The initial investigation lasted 14 months.
Sun Spa in Kokomo was searched as well as Dahlia Spa and Sunflower Spa in Indianapolis. Police also searched a Noblesville house in the 16000 block of Red Clover Lane, and a home on Uxbridge Lane in Carmel.
Hui Li, 56, was found in the Red Clover Lane home and was arrested for felony corrupt business influence.
