State police have charged a 27-year-old Washington Depot woman with the murder of her infant son.

Sadie Fleming has been charged with murder and risk of injury to a victim.

In June, police issued a Silver Alert for 27-year-old Sadie Fleming and her infant son, Hudson, police said.

Sadie and Hudson were later found on a wooded road in Washington in need of medical attention. First responders treated her at the scene and she was transferred to the hospital for more medical treatment.

Authorities said Hudson was found nearby in the wood line. He was treated on scene and was transported to the hospital where he later died, state police added.

Fleming's bond has been set at $5 million.

She is due in court today.
