A woman accused of shooting and killing a man at a Marathon gas station in Port Huron Monday, Oct. 13, was arraigned in court Wednesday, Oct. 15.

Amber Lee Oile, 36, was charged with open murder for the death of 30-year-old Detroit resident Reginald Franklin.

Oile appeared in court via video alongside defense attorney Teresa Novosel.
