GEORGETOWN, Ky. (WKYT) — A Scott County woman is facing drug trafficking charges after police say she told officers she was taking drugs to the sheriff’s office because she believed she would get a PlayStation in return.

Jennifer Ney was pulled over Monday night by Georgetown police after reports of her driving slowly across lanes on Interstate 75.

According to court documents, Ney tried to hide suspected drug baggies in her sweater during the traffic stop. Officers also found a large amount of cash during the search.

When questioned by police, Ney reportedly told officers she was taking drugs to the sheriff’s office because she believed she would receive a PlayStation gaming console.
