As Alabama looks to avenge last year's loss to rival Tennessee on Saturday, it could potentially be down a key player.
Star running back Jam Miller missed the first three games of the season with a collarbone injury suffered in fall camp, but he made his return for the win over Georgia and has totaled 267 yards in the last three games. Miller's return was a huge boon for the offense, but he could be in jeopardy of missing another contest in Week 8.
Miller suffered a concussion in Alabama's 27-24 win at Missouri on Saturday, and he is officially "questionable" entering Saturday's home game against the Volunteers, according to Crimson Tide head coach Kalen DeBoer.
Alabama will likely rely on Kevin Riley and Richard Young, who saw the bulk of the carries in the first three games when Miller was unavailable, if Miller is ultimately unable to play on Saturday. Neither has been as efficient on the ground, and the Crimson Tide will hope they have their top running back in the fold for what could be a high-scoring game against Tennessee.
