COLUMBUS, Ohio — The 2025 Big Sky State Games Athletes of the Year, Addison Kegel of Billings and Bill Luscombe of Billings, were honored as the National Congress of State Games Athletes of the Year at the National Congress of State Games Symposium and Teams Convention here on Wednesday

According to a BSSG press release issued on Wednesday, the NCSG awards are designed to recognize individuals who best personify the ideals of the State Games movement: participation, sportsmanship, effort, and positive attitude. This is the second time two athletes from Montana have won the award at the same time, per the BSSG news release.
