Port Angeles – It’s time to get the Port Angeles downtown district festive and sparkly again going into the holiday season, and volunteers are needed to install tree lights this coming Sunday.

The Winter Lights Install Party will take place on Sunday, October 19th from 11am-2pm. Volunteers are asked to meet at the Dyar Fountain on First and Laurel and check in with Waterfront District Director Sam Grello.

Please bring work gloves and a ladder that will get you up to 10 feet high. Extra scissors and tape measures will be helpful. Light installers will be assigned a work zone, and a sample tree has been completed in front of the MOSS store.

To sweeten the deal, there will be home baked cookies.
