Rainier Development Company , a Dallas-based national real estate developer, in partnership with the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, this week announced plans for Riverline, a $400 million, 37-acre mixed-use destination poised to transform south Tulsa ‘s landscape.

The highly anticipated development will blend retail, dining, residential and entertainment uses in a pedestrian-friendly district that reimagines urban living in one of Tulsa’s most dynamic growth corridors.
