SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — As the final stretch of 2025 road construction approaches, here's where the remaining projects are and how to avoid them.

The Utah Department of Transportation says many projects are paused during the winter months, leaving many to be completed within the next month. However, many continue to affect traffic.

Weber County • Ogden Canyon Road: Construction crews are currently installing a pipeline that will run up Ogden Canyon. Consequently, construction will take place near the road. Installation began Tuesday and will include light-duty trucks crossing the West Hermitage bridge occasionally, UDOT says. • I-15 southbound near Riverdale Road: Crews will close the right lane of I-15 southbound between Riverdale Road and the 5600 South off ramp to conduct pipe wor
