Michigan Central, the City of Detroit, and the Michigan Department of Transportation have announced a $40 million investment towards a new passenger rail and bus station in Detroit, which will provide a direct connection between the Detroit-Ann Arbor Innovation Corridor and Detroit Metro Airport.
